How fast will I get a quote?
Most quotes go out the same business day you submit your request. Complex multi-service orders or large-volume jobs may take an additional day. If you need a quote urgently, call us at (775) 230-0211 for the fastest turnaround.
What information should I include with my quote request?
The more detail the better. At minimum: what type of garment, how many pieces, how many ink colors or thread colors in your design, and when you need them. If you have artwork ready (vector files are ideal), email it to sales@battlebornclothing.com. Don't have artwork? No problem. We offer free design setup and can work from rough sketches, photos, or even just a description.
What's the difference between screen printing, embroidery, and DTF?
Screen printing is the gold standard for t-shirts and hoodies in runs of 48+. Vibrant, durable, and cost-effective at scale. Embroidery is the premium choice for hats, polos, jackets, and workwear with no minimums. DTF (Direct to Film) works for any quantity and handles full-color, photo-realistic artwork on virtually any fabric. Not sure which is right? Do you provide garments or do I need to bring my own?
We source garments for you through our wholesale distributor accounts with SanMar, S&S Activewear, and Alphabroder. That means access to thousands of styles from brands like Carhartt, Next Level, Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Port Authority, and more. You can also supply your own garments if you prefer. We'll let you know if there are any compatibility concerns with your chosen decoration method.
Is artwork setup really free?
Yes. We don't charge for artwork setup, digital proofs, or standard revisions. If your project requires original illustration or complex graphic design work beyond basic logo cleanup, we'll discuss that upfront before any charges apply. For embroidery, there's a one-time $25 digitizing fee to convert your artwork into stitch files. That file is yours to keep for future orders.
Can I see samples before placing a full order?
Absolutely. We can produce a sample for you to approve before running a full order. For screen printing, this is especially useful on orders of 100+ pieces where color accuracy is critical. For embroidery, we're happy to stitch a single hat or polo so you can see the quality firsthand. Just ask when you request your quote.
