Where is Battle Born Clothing located?
We are proudly based in Yerington, Nevada (Lyon County). Our shop is located at 3 Pebble Beach Ln, Yerington, NV 89447.
While we're a hometown shop, we serve the entire Northern Nevada region — Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fallon, Fernley, Dayton, and Minden — and ship nationwide to customers across the USA.
Can I visit your shop in person?
Yes! We welcome locals to stop by, check out samples, and talk through their projects.

We are a full-service custom apparel manufacturer. Here's everything we do in-house:

Do you handle high-volume orders?
Absolutely. We operate an industrial automatic 8-color M&R Screen Printing press capable of printing up to 250 garments per hour.
Whether you need 50 shirts for a family reunion or 5,000 safety vests for a mining contract, we have the capacity to deliver on time. Contact us to discuss your project timeline.
Do you sell specific brands like Carhartt or Richardson?

Artwork & Files
What kind of file do I need to send you?
For the best results, we need Vector Art — files that end in .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF. Vector files let us scale your logo to any size without it becoming blurry or pixelated.
Ideal File Types
We Can Work With
Don't have a vector file? No problem. Send us your JPEG or PNG and our design team will digitize or vectorize it for a small design fee.
Can I bring my own garments to be printed or stitched?
Yes — we offer contract embroidery and printing. You are welcome to bring your own items (jackets, hats, jerseys) to our shop in Yerington.
Please note: we cannot guarantee results on customer-supplied garments since we can't verify fabric quality beforehand. We recommend purchasing through us to ensure compatibility with our inks and dryers.

We try to be flexible, but embroidery and screen printing require significant setup time. Here's the breakdown:

Shipping & Returns
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! While we love our Northern Nevada locals, we ship Battle Born quality all across the USA via UPS and USPS. Tracking numbers are provided for every order.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on decorated apparel unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We always provide a digital mock-up for your approval before we run production — so you know exactly what you'll receive before we print a single shirt.
If you have an issue with your order, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
