Battle Born runs a straightforward commission-based sales program. No territory restrictions, no quotas, no inventory to carry. You sell our custom printing and embroidery services, and you earn a percentage of every dollar those orders generate.

Fill out the application below. Tell us about your sales background, your network, and what industries you work in. We review every application personally and get back to you within 48 hours.

Step 2

Get Your Sales Kit

Once approved, you receive a digital sales kit with product samples information, a pricing guide, decoration method breakdowns, our portfolio gallery, and a unique rep tracking code tied to your account.

Step 3

Sell and Earn

Bring us qualified leads and close orders. We handle quoting, production, quality control, and shipping from our shop in Yerington, Nevada. You collect commission after the client pays.

Commission Structure

Commission is paid on gross profit from orders you generate. The more you sell, the higher your rate climbs.

Tier Commission Rate Details
Starter 5% Your first 3 completed orders. Learn the product line, build your pitch, and start earning immediately.
Proven 10% Order 4 and beyond. Once you have proven you can deliver qualified clients, your rate doubles and stays there.

Example: You bring in a $2,000 order with $800 gross profit. At 10%, that is $80 in your pocket for making an introduction. Recurring clients continue to pay commissions on every reorder.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is commission calculated?

Commission is calculated as a percentage of gross profit on each completed order attributed to you. Gross profit equals the total invoice amount minus the cost of blank garments and consumables. Your first 3 completed orders earn 5% of gross profit. Starting with order 4, your rate increases to 10% of gross profit and stays there for all future orders.

When do I get paid?

Commission is paid as soon as the client pays their invoice. No waiting for the 1st or 15th. When they pay, you get paid. We send commission via check or direct deposit, your choice.

Do I earn commission on reorders from clients I brought in?

Yes. Any client you introduce to Battle Born is tagged to your rep code permanently. Every reorder that client places earns you commission at your current tier rate, whether you are involved in the reorder or not. One good account can pay you for years.

Is there a minimum sales requirement or quota?

No quotas, no minimums, no pressure. This is a commission-only program designed for people who already have the relationships and want to monetize them. Sell one order a year or one a week. The program stays active as long as you are generating business.

What services can I sell?

Everything Battle Born offers: screen printing, embroidery, DTF transfers, laser engraving, custom polo programs, bulk apparel orders, and corporate uniform programs. If a client needs custom decorated apparel or hard goods, we can handle it.

Where can I sell? Are there territory restrictions?

No territory restrictions. We ship nationwide from our Yerington, Nevada production facility. Whether your contacts are in Nevada, California, or anywhere in the US, you can sell to them. Check our service areas page for regions we actively serve.
