This is where Battle Born Clothing lives. Our shop is at 3 Pebble Beach Ln in Yerington, Lyon County, NV. Walk-ins are welcome, and local pickup is always free. Yerington is a small town of about 3,400 people, but it sits at the center of a working agricultural and mining valley that stretches from Smith Valley to the south through Mason Valley and up to Silver Springs. If you're in Lyon County, you're in our backyard.

We print for local ranches, the Lyon County School District, Yerington Paiute Tribe events, Mason Valley FFA, the Mina Poker Run, and small businesses up and down Alternate 95. This is where every order gets quality-checked before it leaves the shop.

Carson City, Dayton & Carson Valley

Carson City is Nevada's capital and one of our busiest service areas. We print and embroider for state agencies, Carson City School District, local restaurants, and construction companies working the Dayton corridor. From downtown Carson to the Gardnerville Ranchos, this region blends government, tourism, and a fast-growing residential population that keeps demand steady year-round.

Dayton has exploded with new development along Highway 50, and we're seeing more work from builders, HOAs, and small businesses setting up in the area. Gardnerville and Minden anchor the Carson Valley with agriculture, ranching, and a strong small-business community. Reno, Sparks & Washoe County

Reno-Sparks is the largest metro in our service footprint and the economic engine of Northern Nevada. We serve restaurants along Virginia Street, breweries in the Midtown district, tech companies in the Reno-Tahoe Industrial Center, casinos, UNR programs, and a growing startup scene that needs branded apparel without the corporate print shop runaround.

Sparks brings a heavy industrial and warehouse presence, especially along Sparks Boulevard and the Vista area. We print for logistics companies, auto shops, and the growing number of businesses setting up near the Tesla Gigafactory corridor. Between Reno and Sparks, this is the highest-volume market for custom screen printing in the state, and we deliver directly to both cities from our Yerington shop (about an hour drive on 95A).

Fernley to Elko & the Mining Belt

The I-80 corridor from Fernley east to Elko is the backbone of Nevada's mining economy, and it's one of our strongest service regions. Gold, silver, lithium, and copper operations along this stretch need custom safety vests, hi-vis hoodies, Carhartt workwear with company logos, hard hat stickers, and branded apparel for crew identification and company events.

We supply ANSI-rated safety apparel with custom embroidery and screen printing for mines and contractors throughout this corridor. Lovelock, Battle Mountain, and Winnemucca are all within our regular delivery range, and we ship to Elko for operations further east. Lake Tahoe & Sierra Communities

The Tahoe basin brings a different kind of client: resorts, ski shops, outdoor recreation companies, breweries, wedding venues, and the tourism economy that drives the south and north shores. We print event tees for the Tahoe Rim Trail Association, staff uniforms for lakeside restaurants, and branded merch for ski season pop-ups.

The challenge with Tahoe is seasonal demand and tight turnarounds. Summer festival season and winter ski season both spike at the same time, and we're set up to handle rush orders when the mountain needs gear fast. Our location in Yerington puts us about 90 minutes from South Lake Tahoe via Kingsbury Grade, which is closer than most Reno shops when traffic is factored in.
