Reno screen printing questions
Do you actually print in Reno, or do you ship it out?
We print in our own shop in Yerington, about an hour from downtown Reno, and we run Reno work every week. Nothing is farmed out to a broker, which is why we can tell you exactly where your order is on any given day.
How do Reno customers get their order?
Most jobs are delivered or shipped. We run to the Reno and Sparks area regularly, and anything that does not fit a run goes out by carrier. Pickup at the shop is always an option if you are heading through Yerington.
How long does a Reno screen printing order take?
About 28 days (four weeks) from an approved proof. That is our standard on everything, and it holds because we are not queueing behind a broker. Rush is available when the blanks are in stock and the art is print ready.
What is the minimum for screen printing?
No hard minimum; 48+ pieces per design recommended. Below that, DTF transfers and embroidery have no minimum and usually come in cheaper anyway, because there is no screen setup to spread across the order.
Can you match our brand colours exactly?
On screen printing, yes, we mix to your Pantone. On embroidery we match to the closest thread in the book, which is very close but not identical, and we will tell you up front when a colour is going to be a near match rather than an exact one.
