Team Order FAQ
What's the minimum order for team shirts?
For screen printing: 48 pieces per design (due to screen setup costs). For embroidery and DTF: no minimums at all. We'll embroider a single polo or print 5 DTF tees. If you need fewer than 48 printed tees, DTF transfers are the cost-effective alternative.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes, and you should. Real team orders have people ranging from Small to 4XL. We handle mixed-size orders as standard practice. Just give us the size breakdown with your quote request and we'll price it accordingly. 3XL+ may have a small upcharge on some blanks due to fabric cost.
How much do custom team shirts cost?
It depends on the garment, decoration method, number of colors, and quantity. A rough range: screen printed tees on a budget blank start around $8-12 per shirt at 48+ pieces. Embroidered polos run $25-40 depending on the blank and stitch count. The best way to get an exact number is to submit a quote request with your specifics. Do you provide the garments or do we supply our own?
We source garments for you through our wholesale accounts with SanMar, S&S Activewear, and Alphabroder. Access to thousands of styles from Carhartt, Next Level, Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Port Authority, Sport-Tek, The North Face, and more. You can also supply your own blanks if you prefer.
What if I don't have a logo or design yet?
We offer free artwork setup. Send us a sketch, a photo of your old shirt, a text description, or whatever you have. We'll build it into a print-ready or stitch-ready file and send you a digital proof. Revisions are free until you approve. If you need full custom graphic design (illustration, brand identity, etc.), we can discuss that separately.
How fast can you turn around a team order?
Standard: 7 business days from approved proof. Rush (3 days or fewer): available for an additional fee. Most quotes go out the same business day. If you have a hard deadline (game day, event, first day of work), tell us upfront and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
