KING OF THE HAMMERS Johnson Valley CA / NV Desert When: Early February annually. What: The hardest single-day off-road race on Earth. Ultra4 cars, rock crawlers, trophy trucks. Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I order event apparel?

For comfort: 4 to 6 weeks out. That lets us handle proof revisions, source any special brands, and deliver with buffer. Minimum lead time: 2 weeks for standard orders. Rush jobs (under 2 weeks) are possible for additional fee. Contact us the moment you know your date.

What's the minimum order for event merchandise?

No minimum. We'll print 10 crew tees or 12 racer jerseys. Setup costs are higher per piece for small orders, but we'll do it. Volume breaks kick in at 24, 48, 144, and 500 pieces for screen printing.

Can you print event tees in multiple colors?

Yes. Our M&R Gauntlet GT-8 is an 8-color automatic press, so up to 8 colors in your design. For full-color photos or gradient designs, DTF transfers are the better option. Both give you premium results.

Do you do event-specific Carhartt or workwear?

Yes. Custom-embroidered Carhartt for event crews, staff, security, volunteers. Carhartt Toboggan hats, beanies, jackets, and work shirts all available with your event logo. No minimums (unlike Carhartt Company Gear's 6-unit minimum).

Can you do tiered pricing for sponsorship levels?

Yes. Event organizers often need different shirt qualities for different sponsor tiers (premium tees for VIP, standard tees for general volunteers, promotional tees for giveaway). We'll help design the tiered product mix and quote each tier separately.

Do you handle annual events that come back every year?

Yes. We work with many annual events: Mina Poker Run, Nevada State Fair vendors, Death Ride Tour, and others. Once your files are in our system, reorders are fast. Year-over-year we can update dates, design elements, and quantities with minimal setup friction.

Can I pick up at your shop instead of shipping?

Yes. Free local pickup at our Yerington, NV shop. Scheduled pickup appointments available. For events in Northern Nevada, pickup often makes sense; for events farther south or east, we ship UPS.
