Shipping policy

Battle Born Clothing LLC ships from our shop at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, Nevada 89447. This policy covers two kinds of orders: custom decorated orders (screen printing, embroidery, DTF, laser engraving and patches made to your artwork) and stock items bought straight from the online store, such as blank garments. Custom decorated orders

Production time

  • Standard production is about 21 days (three weeks) from the day you approve your proof, not from the day you pay. Shipping time is added after that.
  • Rush production is available when the blanks are in stock and your artwork is print-ready. Rush is quoted per job. See turnaround and rush orders.
  • Tell us your in-hands date when you request a quote, and we will tell you up front whether we can hold it.

How shipping is charged

  • Shipping on decorated orders is quoted with your order, based on carton count, weight and destination. Bulk orders usually ship UPS Ground in multiple cartons.
  • Shipping is not included in decoration prices unless your quote says so in writing.

Local pickup

  • You can pick up any order at our shop at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV at no charge. We will email or call when it is ready; please call ahead so someone is there.
  • Orders held for pickup must be collected within 30 days of our ready notice, as set out in our Custom Order Terms.

Delivery in Nevada and Northern California

We deliver throughout Northern Nevada and Northern California, including Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fallon, Dayton, the USA Parkway corridor and the I-80 mining towns. Ask about delivery when you request your quote. Everywhere else in the United States, orders ship by carrier.

Stock items from the online store

  • Stock items usually ship within 3 to 7 business days, longer during peak seasons.
  • Rates are calculated at checkout from weight, size and destination.

Carriers and delivery estimates

We ship with USPS and UPS within the United States. Carrier transit times after an order leaves our shop are typically:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3 to 5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days, depending on distance from Nevada

UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; please give a street address. Carrier dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by us.

International orders

We can ship outside the United States on request. International customers pay any duties, taxes and import fees charged by their country. Contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.

Tracking

Every shipment gets a tracking number by email. If you have not received tracking within the production time quoted on your order, contact us.

Lost or damaged shipments

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier, as set out in our Custom Order Terms. If a package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 30 days of shipment and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Please check your address carefully at checkout; reshipping caused by an incorrect address is at the customer's cost.
