At Battle Born Clothing, we strive to deliver your custom apparel and accessories with care and efficiency. We ship from our facility in Yerington, Nevada, to customers across the United States and worldwide. Please review the details below for information on processing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, costs, and more.
Processing Time
Most of our items are made to order, featuring custom embroidery, screen printing, or personalized designs. This means your order is produced specifically for you after purchase.
- Standard processing time is 3-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) before your order ships.
- During peak seasons or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing may take up to 10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information where available.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We select the most reliable and cost-effective shipping method based on your location, order size, and weight.

Domestic Shipping (USA): We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) for all orders within the United States.
- USPS First Class Mail: Ideal for lightweight items like tees or accessories.
- USPS Priority Mail: For faster delivery or larger packages.
- UPS Ground: For bulkier orders or when faster ground service is needed.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide via USPS International or other global carriers like DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for UPS shipments; please provide a physical street address if selecting UPS.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped (not from the date of purchase). These do not include processing time.

- USPS First Class: 3-5 business days.
- USPS Priority: 2-3 business days.
- UPS Ground: 1-5 business days (depending on distance from Nevada).
- International: 7-21 business days, varying by country and customs processing. Some remote areas may take longer.
- Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. During holidays or global events, expect additional delays.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (e.g., over $50 for domestic USA—check current promotions).
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package's progress.
- For USPS shipments, track via usps.com.
- For UPS shipments, track via ups.com.
- If you haven't received tracking info within 10 business days of your order, please contact us.
Address Accuracy and Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Address changes after order placement may not be possible once processing begins. Contact us immediately if you need to update your details.
Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of shipment with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim.
- For undeliverable packages (e.g., due to incorrect address), we may reship at the customer's expense.
- Battle Born Clothing is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received (e.g., porch theft). We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Shipping Restrictions
- We comply with all applicable laws and do not ship to sanctioned countries or restricted areas.
- Oversized or hazardous items (if any) may have additional restrictions or fees.
