Custom Apparel FAQ
Navigating the world of custom gear can be tricky. If your question isn’t answered here, feel free to reach out to our team—we’re here to make sure your logo looks legendary.
What file formats do you accept?
For the best results, we prefer Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF). These allow us to scale your logo infinitely without losing quality. We also accept high-resolution .PNG or .JPG files (minimum 300 DPI). If you only have a low-quality image, our team can often "vectorize" or clean up your artwork for a small design fee.
Is there a limit to how many colors I can use?
For Print: Almost none! We can handle complex gradients and multi-color designs seamlessly.
For Embroidery: We generally recommend keeping designs to 6 colors or fewer to maintain clarity and avoid a heavy, "bulky" feel on the fabric.
Do you have Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)?
We strive to be flexible. While some specialized items require a minimum of 12 pieces, many of our standard print-on-demand items have no minimums at all. Contact us for specifics on your chosen garment.
Can I mix and match apparel types with the same logo?
Absolutely. As long as the logo size and application method (Embroidery or Print) remain exactly the same, you can mix hoodies, tees, and hats to meet your crew's needs.
Will I see a proof before you start?
Yes! We never hit "start" on the machines until you have digitally approved your mockup. For large embroidery orders, we can even send a photo of a physical "sew-out" sample upon request.
