Is the 6606 the same as a Richardson 112?
Very close in shape. The 6606 has a poly-rich front and costs less as a blank; the 112 has a cotton-rich front and more size options.

Can you put a leather patch on a 6606?
Yes. We cut and laser engrave the patch in house and bond it to the front panel. The patch adds $4–$8 per hat on top of the cap. It is bonded with an industrial adhesive that has yet to fail across several years and many thousands of hats; if you want it sewn on instead, that is $4 more per hat.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on embroidery or patches. Pricing improves at 12, 48 and 144 pieces.

How long does a custom hat order take?
Standard production is 10–14 business days from your approved proof, plus shipping. Rush is available depending on the schedule.
