Short answer: we embroider your logo on the cuff of a knit beanie, or add a laser-engraved leather patch. Embroidery runs about $8 per beanie at typical crew quantities with no minimum, and you get a mockup first. Beanies are the easiest custom gift to get right because there is no sizing.

Getting a Knit Logo Right
Knit moves, so thin lines and small text sink between the ribs. Keep text at least 0.25 inch tall, simplify thin outlines, and pick a thread that contrasts with the knit. Matching cap? Pair it with a Richardson 112 or a Flexfit 6277 for a winter crew kit, or browse bulk embroidered hats.
