Getting the Front Panel Right
The 112 has a stiff buckram front, which is why logos sit flat and square on it instead of sinking like they do on an unstructured cap. Two things matter: stabilizer choice and design size. We use a tear-away weight matched to the panel and keep logos in the 2–2.25″ tall range so the design clears the seam and the bill.
