Getting Embroidery Right on a Rope Cap

The 258 is polyester, so we stitch it with a lighter density and a backing matched to performance fabric, which keeps the front from puckering. The five-panel front is seamless, so a centered logo up to about 4″ wide sits clean. Golf events, lake and outdoor brands, and company outings are where these go.
