Short answer: the Flexfit 110 family pairs a stretch Flexfit band with an adjustable back, so one size fits almost everyone more snugly than a plain snapback. The 110M mesh trucker and 110F flat-bill snapback are the two we decorate most. Embroidery runs about $8 per hat with no minimum.
