Short answer: embroidered hats start at $8 per hat for a standard left-front logo, with no minimum order. Buy one or five hundred. Blanks are quoted separately, and we stock and order from Richardson, Yupoong/Flexfit, New Era, Carhartt, The North Face and more.
We are a Nevada embroidery shop running commercial multi-head machines, so bulk hat orders do not get farmed out. Your logo is hand-digitized once, kept on file, and stitched the same way on every reorder.

Do you have a minimum order for embroidered hats?
No. Embroidery has no minimum, so a single hat is fine. Screen printing is the only service with a minimum, at 48 pieces per design.
How much does it cost to embroider a hat?
Decoration starts at $8 per hat and drops with quantity. Digitizing is a one-time $35 and is waived on orders over 12 pieces. The blank is quoted separately.
How long do bulk hat orders take?
Standard production is 10–14 business days from your approved proof, plus shipping. Rush options are available depending on the schedule.
Can I mix cap styles and colors in one order?
Yes. As long as the logo and stitch file stay the same, you can mix styles, colors and sizes and still hit the quantity break.
Can you embroider hats I already have?
Yes, we decorate customer-supplied caps. We inspect them first, since some constructions and coatings do not take stitching well.
