About Chassis Unlimited

Chassis Unlimited was founded in 2008 out of Tracy, California, on a simple principle: build cutting-edge truck accessories with designs you won't find anywhere else. Every bumper, bed rack, and accessory they sell is designed with state-of-the-art engineering software, manufactured with USA-made materials, and shipped from their own facility at 100 Sloan Court in Tracy.

Their lineup includes the popular Octane Series, Attitude Series, and Diablo Series bumpers — covering Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Toyota, and GMC trucks. The company is run by off-road enthusiasts who ride dirt bikes, hit the trails, and actually use the products they build. That hands-on culture shows in every weld, every powder coat, and every customer interaction.

The Next Level 6210 CVC Crew is the workhorse of Chassis Unlimited's apparel lineup. For headwear, Chassis Unlimited runs the Yupoong 6606 Retro Trucker — a classic snapback with a structured front and breathable mesh back. We hand-digitize and embroider their logo directly onto the front panel, creating a raised, textured finish that looks and feels premium. The Yupoong 6606 is one of our most-requested blanks for good reason — the structured crown gives embroidery a clean, professional surface, and the classic trucker silhouette works for shop guys, trade shows, and everyday wear.

We use Italian Saati Hi-TEX mesh screens for precise ink deposit and premium inks from Rutland and Wilflex for prints that survive the kind of abuse you'd expect from guys who weld truck bumpers for a living.
