Short answer: standard production is about 21 days (three weeks) from the day you approve your proof, plus shipping. Rush is available when the blanks are in stock and the artwork is print-ready, and it is quoted per job. Tell us your in-hands date up front and we will say whether we can hold it.

We are in rural Nevada. Blanks ship to us from distributor warehouses rather than sitting next door, and we quote a date we can hold rather than a four-day promise. Everything is decorated in our own shop, so we always know where your order is. See the machines that run it.

Rush orders

• Rush is quoted per job, because the cost depends on the schedule, the method and how fast the blanks can arrive.
• Rush works best when the garments are in stock at the distributor and your artwork is print-ready.
• A rush in-hands date is guaranteed only when we confirm it in writing and the rush fee is paid, as set out in our Custom Order Terms.

How to get your order sooner

• Send print-ready art (see artwork requirements) and your exact size breakdown with the quote request.
• Approve the proof the day it arrives.
• Pick a common blank color; closeout colors can go out of stock.
• Reorders with your art and stitch file on file skip setup.
