Next Level Size Chart: 3600 and 6210 Measurements
Short answer: the Next Level 3600 and 6210 share the same size chart. A medium measures 20 1/2″ across the chest (laid flat) and 29″ long. Both run XS to 6XL, with 4XL to 6XL in select colors. Next Level lists both as a regular fit, so most people wear their usual size. The 3310 youth tee in a youth medium (8) is 16 3/4″ across and 22″ long.
Every number below comes from Next Level spec sheets, in inches. Next Level says all measurements are taken flat. Chest is a half measure taken one inch below the armhole, so double it for the full chest. Body length runs from the high point of the shoulder to the hem. S&S Activewear lists a tolerance of plus or minus 1/2″ on chest and length for all three styles, so any one shirt can measure a little over or under.

How to Measure for Next Level
- Chest: lay a tee you already like flat and measure straight across one inch below the armholes. Match it to the Chest (half) column.
- Body length: from the highest point of the shoulder seam straight down to the hem.
- Between sizes? Size up if you want room. Size down for a closer fit.
How Next Level Fits: Quick Rules
- Regular fit, light fabric. Next Level lists both as regular fit and the 3600 as lightweight at 4.3 oz. Expect a closer feel than a heavyweight tee with the same numbers.
- 3600 and 6210 swap size for size. Mixing them in one order will not change anyone’s size.
- Big sizes are limited. 4XL to 6XL come in select colors. Check the color before you promise a crew 5XL.
