Custom Corporate Gifts: Branded Apparel, Drinkware and Gift Kits

We decorate all of them in one shop in Yerington, Nevada, pack them as gift kits and ship nationwide. There is no minimum on embroidery or engraving. What We Make for Corporate Gifts

Everything below is decorated in house. Embroidery, screen printing, DTF, laser engraving and leather patches all run under one roof, so every piece in a gift carries the same version of your logo.

Gift Kits: Two Items Beat One

A single item can feel thin. Two things that obviously belong together feel like a gift. Kits we build often:

• Beanie and engraved tumbler. The winter classic, and the one crews actually use.
• Quarter-zip or hoodie plus drinkware. Where most staff gifting lands.
• Leather patch hat in a canvas tote. Looks made, not printed.
• Backpack and beanie. Works as a holiday gift now and an onboarding kit in January.
• Jacket with an embroidered name. For milestone years and leadership.

Corporate Gift Budgets Per Person

These tiers match our gift kit guide. Example prices are current prices on our site. Most are blank prices, and decoration is quoted with your logo and quantity. Where we have no posted price, ask us.

Decoration add-ons we post: a laser-engraved leather patch adds $4 to $8 per hat, and sewing it on is $4 more. Hat embroidery starts at about $8. Engraving has no minimum, and pricing depends on the item and engrave area. See full pricing.

Corporate Holiday Gifts: When to Order

Plan at least 3–4 weeks before your hand-out date. Here is where that time goes:

1. Pick the gift and headcount. Send your logo, budget per person and in-hands date.
2. Approve the proof. Names get proofed for spelling before anything is made. An engraved name cannot be fixed afterwards.
3. Production. 10–14 business days from the approved proof.
4. Packing and shipping. Ground transit time on top.

Four to six weeks is comfortable, and in November and December earlier is better. Popular jackets, hoodies and drinkware start selling out at the distributors from mid-November, and they do not come back until spring. Client Gifts vs Employee Gifts

• Clients. Engraved drinkware, leather goods and a premium tote read as a gift, not advertising. Keep the logo small.
• Employees. Wearables get used. If collecting sizes is a problem, pick one-size items: hats, beanies, bags and drinkware. If you do pick apparel, ask for sizes once with a deadline and order a few spares in middle sizes.
• Year-round staff gear. If the gift turns into a standing need for logo apparel, our employee uniform program stores your artwork and makes reorders easy.

Is there a minimum order for corporate gifts?
No minimum on embroidery, laser engraving or DTF, so a set of five gifts for your best accounts is a normal order. Screen printing is priced for larger runs of one design, so ask us before choosing it for a small gift run.

Can you ship gifts directly to each recipient?
Yes. Send us the address list and we will pack, label and ship each gift individually. It costs more per unit than one bulk box to your office, but it saves your team the packing day.

Can each gift be personalized with a name?
Yes. Embroidery and engraving can include individual names. Send the list as a spreadsheet and we proof every name for spelling before anything is made.
