Custom Eddie Bauer EB510 Quilted Jacket With Your Logo

Custom Eddie Bauer EB510 Quilted Jacket With Your Logo

A custom quilted jacket with your logo is a warm, good-looking winter gift for employees and clients, and the Eddie Bauer EB510 Quilted Jacket keeps bulk low while still adding real insulation. Quilted jackets take more planning than fleece or soft shells because of their stitched channels, called baffles. Battle Born Clothing in Yerington, Nevada, decorates them in-house, and this guide explains the specs, the right way to place a logo and how to order.

Specs that matter for decoration

The shell, fill and quilting pattern decide how we decorate this jacket:

  • Shell and lining: 100% polyester.
  • Fill: 5-ounce, 100% polyester fill.
  • Finish: durable water-repellent (DWR).
  • Construction: exposed molded zippers with Eddie Bauer logo pulls, zippered hand pockets, elastic cuffs and an adjustable locking drawcord hem.
  • Brand mark: a contrast heat transfer Eddie Bauer logo on the left sleeve, which leaves the chest open for your logo.
  • Sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL.
  • Color range: 4 colors: Cobalt Blue, Deep Black, Iron Gate and River Blue Navy.

Blank starts at $75.44 before decoration.

Best decoration method

The main rule for any quilted or puffer jacket is to keep the logo inside a single baffle channel and not stitch across the quilt lines. Crossing a baffle compresses the fill, distorts the design and leaves a lumpy result.

DTF heat transfer

  • Often the safer choice: a transfer adds no needle holes, so it does not compress the fill or create paths for the insulation to work through the shell.
  • Clean on a smooth shell: a polyester shell gives a good surface for full-color or detailed logos.
  • Heat testing: quilted shells and synthetic fill can be heat sensitive, so we test press settings first. Eddie Bauer itself uses a heat transfer logo on this jacket.

Embroidery

  • Possible with limits: a small, simple logo with a low stitch count, sized to fit within one channel, can look good.
  • Keep it light: dense fills on an insulated panel tend to pucker, so outline-style or lighter logos work best.
  • Trade-off: needle holes go through the DWR shell at the logo, which is minor on a small chest logo.

Placement suggestions

  • Left or right chest: both chest areas are open. Plan for about 3 to 3.5 inches wide, with the height limited by the baffle channel on your size run.
  • Right sleeve: a small secondary mark, around 2 to 2.5 inches wide, if the channel allows. The left sleeve carries the Eddie Bauer logo.
  • Back: large back art is not a good fit because it would cross several baffles.

Who orders it

A lightweight quilted jacket is widely used for winter uniforms and year-end gifts. Around Northern Nevada and nationwide, buyers often include:

  • Mining and energy operations: warmth for cold shift changes without the bulk of a heavy parka.
  • Construction management: superintendents and estimators who need a warm layer that still looks professional.
  • Ski resorts and Tahoe-area hospitality: staff jackets for guest-facing teams in winter.
  • Corporate gifting: holiday gifts, client appreciation and sales awards.
  • Agriculture and ranch operations: a packable layer for cold mornings that warm up by noon.

Pair it with

The Eddie Bauer EB200 Full-Zip Fleece Jacket is a lower-cost layer that embroiders easily, and the EB530 Soft Shell Jacket adds wind and water resistance. See them together on our Eddie Bauer hub page.

FAQ

Can you embroider a quilted jacket?

Yes, if the logo is small and fits inside one baffle channel. We do not stitch across quilt lines. For larger or detailed logos, a DTF transfer is usually the safer choice.

Where is the Eddie Bauer logo on the EB510?

It is a contrast heat transfer on the left sleeve, so both sides of the chest are open for your logo.

How long will my order take?

About 21 days (three weeks) from an approved proof. Rush is quoted per job.
