Best decoration method

Embroidery (recommended)

Embroidery is the natural fit for a fleece jacket. Fleece has a raised surface that can swallow stitches, especially small text, so we lay a water-soluble topping over the design to keep stitches on top, and we add a knockdown stitch under small lettering when needed to flatten the pile. Keep text at a readable size; very tiny lettering and hairline details will get lost in the grid. Because the fabric stretches, we use a stabilizer that keeps the logo flat and a magnetic hoop to reduce hoop marks on the fleece. Embroidery has no minimum.

DTF transfers

DTF can work on this fleece for full-color logos or designs that will not stitch cleanly, but the grid texture can show through a transfer. Embroidery usually looks more at home on fleece. If DTF is the better fit for your art, we will tell you when we quote and test it first. No minimum.

Screen printing

Screen printing on a textured stretch fleece is usually not the best option. We recommend embroidery for most Leconte orders.
