The textured mesh surface also means very small text can lose its edges; lettering at about a quarter inch tall or larger reads best.

DTF transfers

DTF is another good option on 100% polyester, especially for full-color logos or gradients that would be costly or hard to stitch. DTF also has no minimum. It sits on the surface, so it is a good pick for a larger back hit while the chest stays embroidered.
