Custom TravisMathew TM1MU410 Coto Performance Polo With Logo

Custom TravisMathew TM1MU410 Coto Performance Polo With Logo

If you are searching for a custom TravisMathew polo for a golf tournament, a sales team or a company that wants something a step up from a basic performance shirt, the TravisMathew TM1MU410 Coto Performance Polo is a smart place to start. It is light, it stretches, it resists wrinkles and it dries fast, so it looks good after a day on the course or a day of travel. TravisMathew is a widely recognized golf lifestyle name, and a left chest logo on this polo looks clean and professional. Battle Born Clothing embroiders it in-house in Yerington, Nevada, and ships anywhere in the US.

Specs that matter for decoration

  • Sleeves: open hem.

  • Sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL.
  • Colors: 10 options, including Black, White, Royal Blue, Federal Blue, Blue Nights, Beryl Green Heather, Brilliant Blue Heather, Quiet Shade Grey Heather, and two-tone Quiet Shade Grey/Black and Vintage Indigo/Black.

Best decoration method

Embroidery

Embroidery is the standard for golf and corporate polos, and it is our recommendation here. Thin, stretchy polyester needs a lighter touch than a heavy cotton pique, though, or the fabric around the logo can pucker. Here is how we handle it:

  • Lightweight backing: we use a cutaway or no-show mesh backing. It supports the stitches without adding a stiff patch behind the logo or showing through light colors like White.
  • Moderate stitch counts: dense, heavy fills pull on stretch fabric. We digitize your logo to hold its shape with a reasonable stitch count, using lighter fills or open areas where the design allows.
  • Correct tension and hooping: the polo is hooped firmly but not stretched, so it relaxes flat after it comes off the machine.
  • Thread color: with 10 colors, including heathers and two-tones, we will suggest thread colors that contrast well on each shirt color you choose.

DTF transfers

If your logo has gradients, photo detail or very fine lines, a DTF transfer can reproduce it more accurately than thread. We test heat settings on the polyester first. Screen printing is possible too, but on a thin polyester polo it is usually limited to larger runs of simple artwork.

Placement suggestions

  • Left chest: the classic spot, usually 3.5 to 4 in wide and about 2 to 2.5 in tall depending on the logo shape.
  • Right sleeve: a small event name, year or sponsor mark, around 2.5 to 3 in wide. The left sleeve carries the TM woven label.
  • Back yoke: a website or tagline across the upper back, placed below the printed TM logo at the neck.

Who orders it

This polo shows up wherever people want to look sharp but stay comfortable. Golf events are the obvious one: charity tournaments, corporate scrambles, club staff and pro shop teams. In Northern Nevada we also see it fit real estate and lending offices, engineering firms, car dealerships, casino and resort hosts in Reno and Tahoe, and mining company leadership teams meeting with clients. Nationwide, it is a popular corporate pick for sales teams, trade show booths and employee recognition gifts. The heathered and two-tone colors give a more retail look than a flat color, which helps when the shirt is meant as a gift.

Pair it with

See the full lineup on our TravisMathew hub. Two styles that go well with this polo:

  • TM1MZ340 Balboa Chest Stripe 1/4-Zip: a lightweight layer for cool mornings on the course or in the office.
  • TM1MU423 Cruz Trucker Cap: a structured cap that completes a tournament or team package.

How to order

  • Request a quote: send quantities, sizes, colors and placement through our quote request form. General decoration pricing is on our site.
  • Send artwork: see our artwork requirements. Vector art digitizes most cleanly.
  • Approve your proof: every order gets a proof. If we get it wrong against the approved proof, we reprint it free under our quality reprint guarantee.
  • Production: about 21 days (three weeks) from an approved proof. Planning around a tournament date? Rush is quoted per job; see turnaround and rush orders.
  • Pickup or shipping: free local pickup in Yerington, or we ship anywhere in the US per our shipping policy.

Embroidery has no minimum, so you can order a few polos for a foursome or a full field of players. If you supply your own polos, there is a $2 per item handling fee and you should expect about 4% spoilage. Full blank details are on the TM1MU410 product page, and you can compare brands on our brands page. FAQ

Will embroidery pucker on a thin performance polo?

It can if it is digitized too dense or backed too heavily. We use lightweight cutaway or no-show mesh backing and moderate stitch counts so the logo lies flat on this 4.1-ounce polyester.

Can you embroider on the sleeve?

Yes. The right sleeve is the usual choice, since the left sleeve has a TravisMathew woven label.

Is there a minimum for embroidered TravisMathew polos?

No. Embroidery has no minimum, so you can order one polo or several hundred for an event.
