Send us whatever you have — a polished vector file, a napkin sketch, or just an idea ("we want a 3rd gen Tacoma with our club name on it"). Our in-house graphic design team turns it into a production-ready file. For screen printing, we separate your design into individual color layers and build the screen files. For embroidery, we hand-digitize your logo into stitch patterns — this is where cheap shops cut corners with auto-digitizing software, and you end up with blurry, lumpy logos. We digitize by hand. You get a digital mockup showing exactly how your design looks on the garment before we touch a press. Revisions are free. No one prints until you approve. |

What is the minimum order for custom Tacoma club shirts?Screen printing has a 48-piece minimum per design. For smaller clubs or runs under 48, we offer DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers with no minimum at all. Embroidered hats also have no minimum — we'll do a single custom hat.
How much do custom truck club shirts cost?Screen printed tees on Next Level 6210 typically run $12–$18/ea at 48–100 pieces depending on ink colors. Embroidered trucker hats are $18–$25/ea. DTF transfers for smaller runs are $15–$22/ea. Volume discounts at 100+, 250+, and 500+.
How long does it take to get custom club apparel?7 business days from approved proof. Rush (3 days or fewer) available. Same-day quotes. Art proofs within 1–2 business days.
Can you print complex multi-color Tacoma designs?Yes. Our M&R GT-8 handles up to 8 ink colors in a single pass. For photo-realistic or unlimited-color designs, DTF handles full CMYK with no color limit and no screen setup fees.
