Can you use our club logo and vehicle artwork?

Yes, as long as the artwork is yours or you have permission to use it. We will not reproduce a manufacturer logo, a factory emblem or another club mark on your behalf, because that is their intellectual property and not ours or yours to hand out. Original club art, chapter names, trail names and your own graphics are no problem at all.

What is the minimum for a club run?

Embroidery and DTF have no minimum, so a handful of hats for the founding members is fine. Screen printing has no hard minimum; we recommend 48+ pieces per design, which most clubs hit easily once shirts and hoodies are combined.

Can members order individually instead of one bulk buy?

For a one-off run it is simpler and cheaper to collect sizes and place one order. If you want an ongoing option for new members, talk to us about a stored artwork program: we keep the digitised file and screens on record so small repeat batches skip setup.

What works best on a club hat?

A structured trucker or a leather patch. We laser cut and engrave the patches in-house, so a club patch hat comes off one order rather than being coordinated across two vendors. Flat embroidery and 3D puff both work on a structured front.

How long does a club order take?

About 28 days (four weeks) from an approved proof. If you are timing it to a trail run, a show or a season opener, start four to six weeks out so artwork approval and blank availability do not compress your production window.
