Custom Melin Hats: We Embroider and Patch Your Melin Caps
Short answer: yes, we customize Melin hats. Send us your Melin caps (A-Game, Trenches, Odyssey, HYDRO and more) and we add your logo with flat or 3D puff embroidery or a leather patch. Embroidery is $6 a hat at 12–47 ($12 under 12), plus a $2 handling fee per customer-supplied hat, with no minimum. We do not sell Melin blanks, but we can suggest premium caps we stock if you would rather we supply the hat.
How It Works
- Send your logo and the models you have on the quote form below.
- We send a proof showing size and placement for your model.
- Ship or drop off your hats at our shop in Yerington, NV. We check each one when it arrives.
- We decorate and ship them back, usually about 21 days (three weeks) after proof approval.

Melin hats are premium and usually come with Melin branding on them. We place your logo so it works with that branding, and we confirm everything on the proof before we stitch, because these are your hats and we can't swap in a spare.
Customer-Supplied Hat Policy
- Handling fee: $2 per hat on top of decoration, to cover check-in, sorting and return packing.
- Spoilage allowance: across every decoration method, the industry standard is up to about 4% damaged or misdecorated pieces. We aim for zero, but machines and materials are not perfect.
- Send extras: we recommend about 4% extra, roughly 1 spare hat for every 25, so a bad stitch-out never leaves someone without a hat.
