A real person in Yerington reads every one of these. You will normally hear back within one business day with firm pricing, and if anything in your request needs a decision — a different blank, a second location, a deadline we cannot hit — we will say so rather than quote around it.
What happens next
- We price it. Garment cost, decoration, and any setup, itemised so you can see what you are paying for.
- We proof it. Nothing goes on press until you approve a digital proof. The proof is the contract — if it is approved with a typo, the typo gets printed, so read it carefully.
- We build it. Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from proof approval. We are in the rurals, which is why that number is honest rather than optimistic.

What works best: vector files — .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg — because they scale to any size without going soft. A high-resolution .png or .psd with a transparent background is the next best thing. A screenshot, a photo of a shirt, or a logo pulled off a website will usually need to be redrawn; we can do that, and we will tell you up front what it costs instead of surprising you with it.
No artwork at all? That is fine. Send us the idea and we will quote the design work with the job.
