There are two ways to get Carhartt workwear with your company logo on it. You can go through Carhartt's own Company Gear program, which requires a minimum of 6 units per design, 12 units for screen print, and takes approximately 30 business days to fulfill. Or you can work with a local embroidery shop that sources authentic Carhartt through wholesale and decorates it in-house with faster turnaround, lower minimums, and a person who answers the phone when you call.

Real Carhartt. We source every piece through our SanMar wholesale account. Same product, same Carhartt warranty, same quality you'd get at any authorized retailer. The only difference is we embroider your logo on it before it ships.
Can I order just 1 embroidered Carhartt jacket?
Yes. No minimums on embroidery. One jacket, one beanie, one hoodie. The only caveat is the $25 digitizing fee applies to the first order. After that, your file is on record and reorders have no setup cost.
What does hand-digitized mean and why does it matter?
Digitizing is converting your logo from an image file into an embroidery machine file (stitch instructions). Auto-digitizing software guesses at stitch direction and density. Hand digitizing means a human operator builds the file stitch by stitch, accounting for the fabric type, underlay, pull compensation, and how the thread will lay on Carhartt's specific fabric weave.
