Custom Beanie Pricing
Embroidery is priced per beanie for one cuff logo up to 6,000 stitches — plenty for most company logos. The beanie itself is priced separately.

Add the beanie (roughly $6–$27 depending on brand) and a one-time digitizing fee from $16.99, saved for every reorder. Most custom logo beanies land between $12 and $37 each all-in — a 24-piece order of Carhartt beanies with a cuff logo runs about $29 a beanie. Customer-supplied beanies are welcome at the same embroidery rates plus a $2 per-item handling charge.

Decoration Options
Cuff embroidery (most popular). Your logo stitched straight into the folded cuff, front center or off to the side. A cuff logo usually fits about 4" wide by 2" tall. Logos are digitized specifically for knit so they lie flat without puckering.
Side or back cuff. A second, smaller mark — a website, crew name or slogan — on the side or back of the cuff.
Laser-engraved leather patch. A real leather patch with your logo engraved in-house, sewn onto the cuff for a rugged, premium look. Leather patches start at $6 plus $4 to sew. See our custom leather patch hats for examples.
Up to 15 thread colors per design and Pantone thread matching are available. Every logo is hand-digitized by a professional digitizer — never auto-digitized.

How Ordering Works
1. Send your logo and quantity. Use the form below, call, or email sales@battlebornclothing.com. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal, but we can work from a clean image.
2. Approve your quote. You get a written quote with beanie, embroidery and digitizing broken out. Your production proof follows once the invoice is paid.
3. We embroider and ship. Standard production is about three weeks. Need them sooner for a holiday party or a cold snap? Rush is quoted per job. We ship nationwide from Yerington, Nevada, and Nevada crews can pick up locally — see custom beanies in Nevada for local style and decoration advice.

How much do custom beanies with a logo cost?
Embroidery is $12 per beanie for 1–11, $6 at 12–47 and $4 at 80+ for a cuff logo up to 6,000 stitches. Add the beanie ($6–$27 by brand) and one-time digitizing from $16.99. Most orders land at $12–$37 per beanie all-in.
Is there a minimum order for custom beanies?
No. We'll embroider a single beanie. The price per piece drops at 12, 48, 60 and 80 pieces.
Can you put my logo on Carhartt or The North Face beanies?
Yes. We're an authorized decorator for every brand SanMar and S&S Activewear carry, including Carhartt and The North Face. We embroider your own logo — we don't embroider other companies' trademarks.
Can I send you my own beanies?
Yes. Customer-supplied beanies are embroidered at our standard rates plus a $2 per-item handling charge, since they arrive bagged, tagged and stickered and each one is prepped by hand. Plan on a couple of spares — industry-standard spoilage on customer goods is about 4%.
How long do custom beanies take?
About three weeks of production after your invoice is paid. Rush is available and quoted per job.
