Decorating this style
The 40% polyester in the heathered CVC knit can dye-migrate under a standard plastisol cure, so we run it with DTF or a low-bleed underbase. DTG needs a pretreat tuned for blends.
Screen printing starts at 48 pieces per design. Embroidery and DTF transfers have no minimum — one piece or five hundred. Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from an approved proof, with rush available.
