Port & Company Size Chart: PC54, PC61, PC55, PC450, PC78H, PC90H and PC850

Short answer: a Port & Company PC54 medium measures 20″ across the chest (laid flat) and 29″ long, and SanMar fits it to a 38″ to 40″ body chest. The PC61 and PC55 tees use the same chest widths. The PC78H Core Fleece hoodie runs 2″ wider than the tees in every size, so a medium hoodie is 22″ across. Most people wear their usual size.

Port & Company is our go-to budget blank. We think it is a better shirt than most of the other entry-level tees for the money, and it is what we quote first when a crew, school or event needs a lot of shirts at a good price. Every number below comes from SanMar's spec sheets, in inches. Chest is a flat half measure, so double it for the full chest. Body length is measured at the back. Shirts are cut and sewn, so expect small differences from piece to piece.

PC54 Core Cotton Tee Size Chart

PC61 Essential Tee and PC55 Core Blend Tee

SanMar lists identical measurements for the PC61 (cotton) and PC55 (cotton/poly blend). They match the PC54 through 4XL, then keep growing 1″ in length and 2″ in chest at 5XL and 6XL.

PC450 Fan Favorite Tee

Same chest and length as the PC61 (18″ to 34″ chest, 28″ to 36″ length, S to 6XL). The sleeves run a little different: 17 1/4″, 18″, 18 3/4″, 19 1/2″, 20 1/4″, 21″, 21 3/4″, 22 1/2″ and 23 1/4″ from S to 6XL.

PC78H Core Fleece Hoodie and PC78ZH Full-Zip

PC90H Essential Fleece Hoodie

Same chest as the PC78H (20″ to 32″, S to 4XL) but cut longer: 28″, 29″, 30″, 31″, 32″, 33″ and 34″ from S to 4XL. Sleeves run 34 1/8″, 35 1/8″, 36 1/8″, 37 1/8″, 37 5/8″, 38 1/8″ and 38 5/8″.

PC54Y Youth Core Cotton Tee

Youth chest widths run 14″, 16″, 17″, 18″ and 19″ from XS to XL. Body length runs 21″, 23″, 25″ and 27″ from S to XL, and sleeves run 11 3/4″ to 16 3/4″. A youth XL (19″ chest) sits between an adult S and M. For ages and kids' sizing across brands, see the youth size chart.

Sport-Tek ST350 PosiCharge Competitor Tee

The ST350 is the performance tee we pair with Port & Company cotton for teams and events. Chest runs 18 1/2″, 20″, 21 1/2″, 23″, 24 1/2″, 26″, 28″, 30″, 32″ and 34″ from XS to 6XL. Body length runs 27″ to 34″. It runs 1 to 2 inches wider than the PC54 in S through XL and matches it at 2XL, so most people take their usual size.

Does Port & Company run true to size? Yes. The PC54 is built on a standard adult cut, and SanMar fits a medium to a 38″ to 40″ body chest.
