District® Youth Very Important Tee® (style DT6000Y). A youth blank stocked for wholesale orders, or decorated with your logo in our Yerington, Nevada shop.

A softer, lighter retail-feel youth tee. Note that youth XL is stocked only in Black, Charcoal, Classic Red, Deep Royal, New Navy and White — worth knowing before you size a team.

Fabric

4.3 oz/yd² (145 GSM), 100% combed ring spun cotton, 34 singles. Heathers and Frosts are 60/40 combed ring spun cotton/polyester.

Sizes and colors

Sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL. Tell us the colors you want and we will confirm current stock at the Reno warehouse before the order goes in — most of these styles run twenty to sixty colors.

Decorating children's apparel

Anything printed or embroidered for children twelve and under is a children’s product under federal law, and the shop that decorates it — not the company that made the blank — is the manufacturer of the finished product. We work that way. Branded, documented inks only. Third-party test documentation covering the inks and blanks used on your run, supplied on request. A batch record tying your job number to those specific lots. Permanent tracking labels available. And a Children’s Product Certificate issued for your order — ask for it when you place the job and it ships with the goods.

Minimums and turnaround

Screen printing starts at 48 pieces per design. Embroidery and DTF transfers have no minimum. Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from an approved proof, with rush available when the blanks are in stock.
