• Start with the 112. If you have no strong opinion, the 112 is the safe answer. It is the hat most people picture when they say "trucker hat," and it takes embroidery, puff and leather patches equally well.
• Too tall? Go 115. The 115 keeps the trucker look on a lower crown, which suits smaller heads and people who wear their hats low.
• Big logo or patch? Go 168 or 112FP. A six-panel cap has a seam running down the middle of the front. A seven-panel 168 or a five-panel 112FP gives you a seamless front, so a wide logo or a rectangle patch sits flat.
• Want no snap? Go 110. The R-Flex back stretches to fit instead of adjusting. Check the hat size chart before you order fitted caps for a crew.
• Golf or heat? Go 632, 220 or a rope cap. The 632 and 220 breathe better than a cotton-front trucker. The 256 and 258 rope caps are the look golf crowds keep asking for.

2. Get a quote and a mockup. We reply with pricing and a proof, usually within one business day.
3. Approve and we run it. Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from an approved proof.
4. Pick up in Yerington or we ship. We ship custom hats anywhere in the U.S.

Is there a minimum order? No minimum on embroidered Richardson hats. Larger orders lower the per-hat price.

What is the difference between the Richardson 112 and 115? Both are snapback truckers. The 115 sits on a lower crown, so it looks and feels shallower than the 112.

Can you put a leather patch on a Richardson hat? Yes. We laser-engrave the patch in house and sew it on, which is why the 112, 168 and 112FP are popular patch hats.
